◇ Maintenance fee: NT$ 1,250 (tax included) per ping (3.3 ㎡) per month from the 1st to the 6th year; NT$ 1,460 per ping per month starting from the 7th year.
◇ Incubation service fee: NT$ 3,000 per month (tax included).
◇ Utility fees: individually-metered.
